Management of change is not an easy procedure, thereby; it always comes with numerous challenges and is not always successful. The change manager can implement different techniques of creative problem-solving in accordance with the nature of change in order to address the issue of resistance to change. Tesco can implement some of the techniques like a change of roles, change interventions, change the style, and change the starting point. Tesco can inform a specialist change team to manage this specific change, which will include the strategic manager, the IT director, the human resource manager, and the strategic manager of Tesco. In addition, change interventions will include interpersonal intervention, cultural intervention, political intervention, and technological intervention.
Whereas, the changing style is referred to as the style of management related to the successful implementation of the change.
